What's New: The E-Mail Diet Book will be available for sale nationally on August 21st!

The E-Mail Diet Book began with a Sunday brunch conversation involving the authors of this book and Steve's wife Sara. Realizing they felt overwhelmed with e-mail and that their friends felt the same way, they decided it was time to develop some strategies that would benefit themselves and others. This book:

  • Explores the relationship among e-mail, chocolate, and dieting! This is the only e-mail book we know of that offers you chocolate recipes!

  • Will give you practical strategies for dealing with e-mail at home and at work. These are strategies that are easy to implement and don't require vast computer knowledge.

  • Will help YOU take control of e-mail rather than being a victim of spam, identity theft, and the discourtesy of others.

  • Gives emergency dieting advice for those who find themselves overwhelmed with hundred of thousands of messages.

What they're saying...

"I normally receive between 50 and 70 e-mails per day with the volume growing weekly. While e-mail in many cases helps me be more efficient, when it is abused, it consumes excessive time and causes many misunderstandings. The E-Mail Diet Book is an excellent resource for busy executives who need to manage their e-mail and not be swamped with the associated volume. I thought the chapter on e-mail at work was especially helpful. I would recommend this book to anyone who must employ efficiency in handling their workload."
--Marv Loutsenhizer, Reelcraft, Inc.

"This is a great book! The authors have a wonderful sense of humor and also a great knowledge of the subject. People will find many strategies that can improve the quality of their e-mail lives--along with some great chocolate recipes."
--Susan R. Forste, Physicians for Human Rights

"This is a very practical book, good for people who have used e-mail for years and good for people very new to the medium. I especially appreciated the tear-out card that you can put by your computer to remind you of some of the most helpful strategies."
--Chad Helbert, Pak Mail

"I loved reading this book. You feel like you're having a conversation with the authors. And they really showed me how to avoid most of the stress that I've experienced with e-mail. I think everyone should read this."
--Sue Taylor, Northwestern University
